Here you will find a multitude of information that, we hope, will enhance your experience. Learn definitions of dance and kinesiology terms, or download a fun puzzle filled with dance fun. You also might want to learn about the process of coming up with the choreography, the music, or what goes on behind the scenes with the lights and photography. Enjoy reading varied descriptions of each of these processes, written directly from each artist. We also have wonderful nutrition tips and fun exercises provided from the dancers themselves. Don’t forget to check out some of the external links provided to enhance your understanding of the motivation of each piece.
